An easy agent to work with
..... very friendly and approachable from the first viewing. Very accommodating, setting up repeat viewings and promptly communicating with the landlord. Understood our desires for our new home and worked to make us comfortable.
Great Communication
Friendly and approachable on the viewing and made us feel at ease during the renting process and was quick with communication.
Lovely customer service
As of yet, I have not found a property, but they have been so helpful in pointing me towards properties that may be suitable. They followed up on phone calls and made me feel comfortable and that my needs have been met the whole time. Thank you!!
The solution to our Landlording stresses!
Damian already manages a property for us in York and when another became available they came around to assess it. They particularly impressed us in quickly getting to grips with the property and the few issues that needed sorting before the next tenancy which were quickly dealt with over the next couple of days. We had a lot of interest in the property, and it was let on the first day of viewings. We have found both Damian and all his staff to be extremely efficient in the running of our properties and they are pleasant to speak with and quick to deal with any problems that arise. Since placing our property under full management with Appealing Properties we no longer have to endure the stress of self-managing our properties and have no hesitation in recommending Appealing Properties for anyone wishing to let or rent a property in York. Thank you!
