Damian already manages a property for us in York and when another became available they came around to assess it. They particularly impressed us in quickly getting to grips with the property and the few issues that needed sorting before the next tenancy which were quickly dealt with over the next couple of days. We had a lot of interest in the property, and it was let on the first day of viewings.
